Creating and importing your first block
From a module or library to the DAW
Prepare material in the appropriate function and press Create DAW clip: the part arrives with a defined source. To resume an arrangement, use Load in Personal or Jam library and select a picker row. Import reopens an .imdaw file; iReal import reconstructs chords and accompaniment. There is no need to create an empty DAW or import from the track header.
Every new clip requires a specific source function and retains that association. Anonymous clips are not created in the DAW. Edit returns directly to the function suited to the instrument; the global instrument selection is aligned with the part.
Each block keeps the instrument selected in its source. You can combine different sounds on one melodic track; use a dedicated track for drums.
